He was born on April 27, 1980, in Baku.
From 1996 to 2000, he studied Economic Engineering, International Economic Relations and Management at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University.
Since 2001, he has been working in the management of different local and international companies.
From 2004 to 2008, he worked as Finance, Procurement and Logistics Manager at British Standards Institution LLC.
From 2008 to 2017, he held the positions of Accountant, Chief Accountant and Manager in construction companies of the Russian Federation.
From 2018 to 2021, he worked as the Head of the Internal Control Department at AzerGold CJSC; from 2021 to 2022 as the Head of the Repair-Construction and Energy Department, and from 2022 to 2024 again as the Head of the Internal Control Department.
Since April 2024, he has been working as the Deputy Executive Director at AzerBlast LLC.
