He was born on March 29, 1970 in Baku.
In 1989-1992, he studied at the Faculty of History of Azerbaijan State University.
In 1992-1996, he worked in the Ministry of National Security of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 1997-1999, KM worked as the General Director of "Avista" Limited Liability Company.
In 1999-2002, he worked as the Deputy General Director of the publishing house "Bakıli oghlanlar".
In 2003-2006, he worked as a general affairs director at "Azerboru" Open Joint Stock Company.
In 2006-2008, he worked as the Chief Representative of "Milli GMBH" Limited Liability Company.
In 2009-2010, he worked as the head of the technical security department at "Azerbaijan Airlines" Closed Joint Stock Company.
In 2010-2012, he worked as the General Director of "Azer Maya" Open Joint Stock Company.
In 2011, he worked as an executive director at "IMG Baku" Limited Liability Company.
In 2012-2020, he worked as the General Director of Security at "AG Bank" Open Joint Stock Company.
Since 2021, he has been working as the Executive Director of "AzerBlast" Limited Liability Company.
